Please make sure you arrive at the clinic in time of your appointment. Considering the city that we live in, you may have to factor in the travel in terms of traffic & weather conditions etc. beforehand.
We fully understand the unpredictability of the above factors. However, if for any reason you are unable to make it in time for your scheduled appointment, please inform the appointment desk at the earliest. We will be happy to re-schedule you to a suitable slot, or maybe adjust you on the same day at a different time.

All consultations with the doctor will require your child to be present with you in the clinic.
It is in your child’s best interests to not withhold from your doctor any part of the history, laboratory testing or any previously received treatments. All these are of the utmost importance in formulating the diagnosis and starting the treatment.
The treatment that is prescribed to you might not be the same drug, in the same form (tablet / syrup / injection) or in the same dosage as another patient’s. Please do not compare your child’s prescription with any other child’s prescription.
Follow the instructions and administer the medicines as prescribed for your child. Before leaving the clinic, make sure you understand all instructions about the name, form, frequency, duration etc. of the drug. Additionally, you may be instructed about dietary and lifestyle modifications in the prescription.
Kindly confirm all the instructions given, along with the date of the follow-up appointment, before leaving the clinic. The doctor will be happy to clarify in case of any confusion.
Timely follow-up consultations, as prescribed by your doctor, are very important.
Please also get any laboratory test reports that might have been advised in your previous prescriptions.
